These terms cover purchases from the Stiffdinks Pro Shop at shop.stiffdinks.club. By placing an order you agree to them.
The club. Stiffdinks Pickleball & Country Club is a story. The characters, history and photographs are fiction. The products are real.
Orders and prices. Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Products. Each item is made to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished product, and embroidery and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece.
Returns and shipping. See Shipping & Returns.
Intellectual property. The Stiffdinks name, marks, artwork and copy belong to the club and may not be reused without permission.
Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies.
