Made to order. Caps, beanies and apparel are made after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then it ships.
United States
- Standard: $8, usually 3 to 5 business days after it ships
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express: $15
Outside the US. Rates are shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are paid by the customer.
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages. You'll get a tracking number by email when each one ships.

Returns
Everything in the Pro Shop is made to order, one at a time, after you buy it. That keeps the prices fair and nothing ends up in a landfill. It also means we can't take things back because they didn't fit or you changed your mind.
If something arrives wrong, we'll make it right. If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, mis-stitched or not what you ordered, email daveladen@mac.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.
Lost packages. If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, tell us within 30 days and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
Changes and cancellations. We start making orders quickly. Email us as soon as you can; if it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll change or cancel it.
Sizing. Check the size chart on each product before you order. When in doubt, size up.
